Get ready, set, go... for the new inheritance tax rules

In her 2024 Autumn Budget Statement, the Chancellor announced major changes to the Inheritance Tax rules dealing with Agricultural Property Relief (APR) and Business Property Relief (BPR). The government announced that current reliefs will be reformed from 6 April 2026 - that is less than 12 months away!
