We are looking to recruit a number of trainees nationwide, including Lincoln, Cambridge and Bedford (Wyboston Lakes).

We are seeking trainees to study for the AAT (Association of Accounting Technicians) qualification, as well as trainees to study to become a Chartered Accountant (via ICAEW) or Chartered Certified Accountant (via ACCA). 

We have positions available at our Lincoln, Long Bennington, Cambridge and Bedford (Wyboston Lakes) offices. These positions are full time and include paid study leave to attend college on a day or block release basis. Alongside formal tuition, students are required to obtain technical work experience to support their technical studies. 

We aim to provide a range of experience and opportunities to all our trainees, with mentoring and support provided throughout their training contract. As well as looking at the level of academic achievement we will be looking for candidates who are:

  • able to demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • able to demonstrate problem-solving skills
  • able to demonstrate numeracy skills
  • keen to learn
