  • Sourcing and Candidate Engagement: actively source candidates using a variety of methods, including job boards, social media, networking and recruitment events. Engage passive candidates and build talent pipelines for critical roles.
  • End-to-End Recruitment Management and Onboarding: lead the full recruitment lifecycle, from defining role requirements, posting job advertisements and screening resumes to interviewing candidates and managing offer negotiations and onboarding.
  • Candidate Experience: ensure a positive candidate experience by guiding candidates through the recruitment process and providing timely communication and feedback.
  • Employer Branding: promote our employer brand by representing the company at recruitment events, job fairs and other networking opportunities. Work with marketing to create and execute branding initiatives.
  • Data-Driven Recruitment: track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, quality of hire and cost-per-hire. Use data to drive recruitment decisions and improve overall process efficiency.
  • Compliance and Best Practices: ensure that all recruitment activities comply with employment laws and company policies. Maintain knowledge of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

What we need from you:

  • Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency with recruitment tools and systems
