He specialises mainly in corporate restructuring with experience in dealing with demergers and share exchange considerations. Sam also has experience preparing R&D claims for clients with R&D credits of up to £250k secured, a broad knowledge around the consideration of company group issues and helping clients secure the maximum amount of capital allowances.
