Kate Smurthwaite
Kate is AAT qualified and an associate member of the CIPP. She is responsible for the management and day to day running of the Payroll department at the Halifax office.
Kate comes from a Finance and Payroll background, having worked in finance teams for Not for Profit and Charities before moving into Accountancy Practice. She has strong knowledge of UK payroll and construction industry legislations and leads the team to provide a professional service to around 200 clients.
In her spare time Kate enjoys watching her son play rugby and walking her dogs.
