George Overton, Director of Fundraising & Communications at the Lincs & Notts Air Ambulance, said: “The Lincs & Notts Air Ambulance would like to thank Streets Chartered Accountants once again for organising their annual charity golf day.

“Our crew are only called out to the very worst incidents and accidents across the two counties. We attend on average three potentially life-saving missions every single day and around 1,000 incidents every year. Every time we fly, it’s because of people like your golfers and event sponsors, who are raising money in a whole variety of ways for the Lincs & Notts Air Ambulance.

“Without the support of our local communities, we would not be here to help so many people who desperately need us on what is the worst day of their life. We really cannot thank you enough.”

Commenting on the day, Streets Partner Mark Bradshaw, said: "The support received this year has been truly overwhelming and has helped us raise a staggering £7,256 for our three local Air Ambulance services.

“We’re delighted to be able to support our local Air Ambulance Services, who are the true winners of the day.

“A very big thank you goes to all those people who sponsored, donated, gave their time and helped in some way, without whom the day would not be possible.”

Streets’ ninth Charity Golf Day will take place on Friday 3rd July 2020 at Lincoln Golf Club, Torksey.
