Getting to grips with IR35 and off payroll workers
Jennie Brown, Tax Partner, Streets Chartered Accountants
Jennie will provide an update on IR35. This will include a recap on the legislation and its purpose, what we have learnt from the compulsory measures already in place for the public sector and an overview of the key points from the various high-profile cases that have gone through tax tribunal. In addition, Jennie will talk about how businesses should be reviewing their workforce and the procedures they should be implementing when taking on new contractors, especially with the off-payroll arrangements due to hit the private sector from April 2020.

Company Car Update
